 Parking
Complimentary parking is available at the Locust Street Garage, adjacent to the venue. Vouchers will be provided at registration the day of the conference. (See map below.)

Event Kickoff
We’ll kick off at 8:00 AM with breakfast, registration, and a warm welcome, followed by an inspiring day filled with keynote sessions, insightful speakers, an engaging AI panel, networking opportunities, lunch, and interactive breakout sessions.

You do not need a physical ticket-just pick up your badge at the registration desk when you arrive.
Please also have your ID ready at check-in to receive your drink ticket for the happy hour.

This event will be in-person only, and recordings of all sessions will be made available to registered attendees after the conference.

Keynote Speakers

We are honored to welcome two exceptional leaders as keynote speakers for ETPMI Professional Development Day 2025:

🎤 Dr. Kelly Drummond

Director of Human Resources, City of Knoxville | Educator & Board-Certified Coach

Dr. Kelly Drummond is a seasoned expert in Human Resources with over 35 year of progressive HR leadership, certified by both the HR Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management. As the Director of Human Resources for the City of Knoxville, she leads a comprehensive range of HR functions, including compensation, talent acquisition, employee training, and succession planning.

In addition to her HR leadership role, Dr. Drummond is a dedicated educator. She teaches at the UT Center for Professional Education and facilitates SHRM Certification and HR Essentials courses at Roane State Community College. She holds a doctorate in Education with a focus on Human Resource Development from Lincoln Memorial University.

Dr. Kelly Drummond is the founder of My Soul In Bloom, providing career, professional, and personal development services for high achievers and driven individuals who want to live, work, and grow in their soul’s purpose. A Board-Certified Coach (BCC), Dr. Drummond specializes in empowering professionals to find deeper fulfillment and authentic success in both career and life.

She offers personalized coaching, mentorship, and leadership guidance, helping clients claim their seat at the table and express their valued voice. Dr. Drummond’s approach blends proven career strategies, emotional intelligence, and purpose-driven growth. She is currently pursuing the Global Career Development Facilitator designation through the University of Wisconsin.

Dr. Drummond’s passion is helping others unlock their true potential.


🎤 Ambassador (Ret.) Matthew S. Klimow

Former U.S. Ambassador | Senior White House & Pentagon Advisor | Decorated Combat Leader

Ambassador Klimow served his country with distinction for over 50 years as a soldier and diplomat. A West Point graduate, brigade commander, and retired colonel, he was awarded the silver star for gallantry in combat and later served as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. As a retired United States Ambassador as well as a highly decorated combat leader and brigade commander, Matt Klimow provides senior-level leader development, customized leadership training and mentoring, as well as strategic planning advice and counsel. He has held senior positions in the White House, the Pentagon, and the United States Department of State. His 50-years of leadership and management experience includes serving as Ambassador to Turkmenistan, Deputy Assistant Secretary General of NATO, Army brigade commander, international arms control negotiator, acting Inspector General for a cabinet department, and Senior Advisor to the Vice President of the United States. He also served as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff during the terrorist attacks on 9/11, remaining in the Pentagon and the National Military Command Center with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs and the Secretary of Defense, coordinating the nation’s military response. A gifted motivational speaker, Ambassador Klimow has delivered keynote addresses to audiences across the United States and around the world.
